It is a state-managed national park in the highlands of Ecuador, with different entrances to access one of the tree major volcanos that lay whithin: Tungurahua, Altar and Sangay. It is considered a very remote area of the country highlands, so some areas are really recommended for experienced adventurers and mountaneers.
