General itinerary for the day

During the morning we drive for 5 minutes or hike for 20 to the sea lions nursery beach "Playa La Loberia", where you can walk and see the sea lions colony near by. It is possible also to continue the hike to a view point where you see many Tropic Birds flying at the clif side, and bigger marine iguanas on the way. It is a bit tricky, so you have to be very carefull with your stepping through the lava rock path. After returning from the view point, you can jump in the water to do snorkeling and maybe play with baby or young sea lions, not with the bull from the colony!.
After returning and having lunch, we go for a nice hike along the pier, sea lions nursery by the village, and afterwards we reach the "Interpretation Center". In the center we will have our first information regarding the Galapagos and its wonders, and afterwards we will hike until the viewpoint "Tijeretas" or Frigate Birds on a wooden path, where there is a great view to the north west of the island. On our way back it is possible to do our first snorkeling in Darwin Bay, maybe to play with sea lions, and then hike back to the village passing by other beautiful beaches.
