General itinerary for the day

Today you will be picked up from your hotel and drive accross the Santa Cruz island towards the Itabaca Channel. Upon arrival you will board one of the shared cruise ships that are allowed to do navigable day excursions, and start the ride towards Seymour North. Once we arrive to the island we will see along its clifs the nests from Magnificent Frigate Birds, perhaps the biggest permanent colony in the Galapagos Archipiel. After disembarking we will hike along the trail to see land iguanas, and other animals, . After the hike down we get in the small cruise boat and get ready to disembark again, but this time with swimming clothes and snorkeling gear. We will enjoy between one and two hours at the beach, and snorkel around the shore from Mosquera Island. After lunch on board, we head back towards Santa Cruz. This excursion is offered as a shared-base service.
